The 'you love it or you hate it' ISHI!

ik neem deel aan de Ishi contest en de jury is internationaal.

When a new pattern gets released,

I am always so excited and I want to get started with it right away.

Same for the Ishi dress,

I'm even too impatient to shop for new fabric.

So I looked for three well matching fabrics in my stash.

Not easy at all!

When I took the three fabrics to my sewing club I started doubting about the combination.

Then there's Ann, a fellow sewer at the club, with a fabric closet so big she could easily open her own store.

She let me choose a fabric to create a better combination, a green curtain from the thrift store.

The fabric with the houses comes from a store in Paris, and was really inexpensive. I bought the tree trunk fabric in Julija's shop.

I made this dress for the autumn season so I don't have any pictures with my daughter yet. 

The dress is still too big for her

All together the dress costs about 5€.

Not bad, is it?
